Worried about getting parts for your unit? After hearing horror stories from our customers about their experiences from our so called competitors, I wouldn't blame you. Most other companies do NOT offer any parts, this is not the case with our units!
We have access to any part for any unit that we sell. We also are able to offer tons of aftermarket parts as well! If you break something on one of our units, you can relax and have peace of mind knowing we'll be able to get your replacement parts for you.

Once you make your purchase, we normally process it with 48 to 72 hours. Please check your email as we will be sending you tracking information to the email you placed your order from. With all the spam filters it also a good idea to check your junk mailbox just to be sure it isn't in there.
Units ship from our warehouse and realistically it will take 5 to 7 business days to receive your order from the time it is placed until it arrives.

Your unit will require some assembly. Here is a quick rundown of what you can expect to assemble when you get your unit!
Dirt Bikes / Pit Bikes - Typical installation include mounting up the handlebars, installing the rear shock, and mounting up the front tire. From time to time you might have to put on little things like the gas cap and foot pegs. The unit comes full with break in oil.
ATVS / 4 Wheelers - Typical installation include mounting all 4 tires, mounting up the handlebars, tie rod ends onto the spindle in the front, shock top bolts, install battery. Sometimes you will have to install some small things like the gas cap, etc. VERY EASY ASSEMBLY!
Scooters / Mopeds - Depending on what unit you get, here are some things you might have to mount on the scooter, Battery, Mirrors, Rear Storage Box, Windshield, Front Tire. Typically all scooters come fully assembled and you only have to put on a couple small things to make it complete. The unit comes full with break in oil.
UTV'S - Typical installation includes installing 4 upper shock bolts, mount wheels, install upper portion of the roll cage, install exhaust muffler with 2 bolts and 4 springs, install bed frame and mount plastics, install battery underneath drivers side seat and connect winch powers to the battery as well. Red wire is positive, Black wire is negative, install seats, mount steering wheel, install front hood plastic and bumper and bumper cover. You will need to change the shipping oil, differential fluids front and rear, flush and change radiator coolant. It is very important to check all bolts and nuts to ensure that they are tight on the whole machine.

- Change your oil according to the product manual to ensure long engine life.
- Check and Tighten any loose bolts after the first 4 hours of use.
- Regularly grease all grease fittings on the machine if applicable to your machine.
- Regularly check and replace the air filter according to the product manual if applicable to your machine.
- Check the chain tension and tighten if needed according to the product manual.

REMEMBER - Safety 1st
Ride Safe, Ride Smart
There's only one thing better than getting ready to ride your Riders Wholesale ATV, UTV, Dirt Bike, or Scooter - and that's learning how to do it safely. We want to help you to make the right decisions about your riding. We want to help you choose the right unit for your skill level, assist you in making the right judgments when riding and determine the proper helmet and equipment that will keep you as safe as possible.
Remember: safety starts with the rider. Read your owner's manual and safety materials.
Be a Responsible Rider
Riding an ATV, motorcycle, UTV and dirt bike is an exercise in responsibility to yourself, to others, to the environment and to the sport. So remember: wear a helmet, eye protection and protective clothing whenever you ride. Never ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol, inspect your bike before riding & read your owner's manual. Always obey local laws, use common sense, and respect the rights of others when you ride. Make sure you have a proper license when riding on public roads, and never modify your motorcycle's exhaust system.
Unit Checklist
FOR YOUTH ATV BEGINNERS - Adjusting the Throttle Control before letting rider ride. When starting the unit up make sure that throttle control is as low as it can be tightened. The throttle control is located on the topside of the throttle on the handlebar. Loosen the nut and then tighten the screw down. Continually do this until you find the right adjustment to it's safe enough to let your child ride. You'll need to play with this to find the right speed.
Make sure the emergency brake is on before starting the unit. This is located on the left handlebar. Push the button in and clamp the brake before starting the unit up. To start the bike, the hand brake needs to be in a locked position anyway.
Make sure the rider is prepared to ride when the brake is released.
- Tighten all bolts on wheels. Make sure wheels properly rotate.
- Tighten all bolts on unit.
- Make sure that handlebars, exhaust pipe, frame and other noticeable parts on bike are properly attached and bolted down.
Safety Checklist
- Proper attire is warn.
- Helmet
- Goggles
- ATV boots
- Gloves
- Chest protector
These items should be warn at all times during riding.
Too many times people think they're immune to wrecking so they'll hop on the bike and just go. New riders are not used to the concept of using their thumb to accelerate. This causes the rider to increase acceleration and lose concentration. To avoid this, it is imperative to teach the rider how to do the following:
- Show how to shut off engine with red shut off button (red button on left handlebar).
- Ease into the acceleration by slowly pushing thumb throttle forward. If throttle should stick, show how to pull throttle back into neutral state.
- Use right thumb to flick the throttle back into neutral.
- Show rider how to "let off thumb throttle control" when rider is out of control.
- Show rider how to stop with left hand brake.
- Tell rider to not get distracted with adjusting helmets, boots or anything on the unit while riding or in acceleration mode. It is imperative the rider stops to adjust anything. They need to understand that by being safe to themselves and others riding, they need to be extremely careful about what they are doing is not distracting themselves.
Conclusion
People love riding and when they are shown the proper procedures of using their ATV, Dirt Bike, side by side, Scooter or Motorcycle, it's a lot more fun and safe for everyone on the beaten path. That's the Riders Wholesale way!
