Ordered a scooter AND a helmet. Was not informed that they would ship separately, even after REPEATED inquiries into the status of my order.
Scooter showed up. NO HELMET. ??? Tried to call, "Oh she's not in right now"???? NO ONE at the company can track an order except for ONE PERSON?
Was told it should arrive in two days. WHY does it take longer for a helmet to be shipped than a WHOLE SCOOTER????
Called back the next day to speak with a person who had not found out ANY info on my helmet, even though it was after 3:00 PM. I was, and am, quite irate. How did she handle it? Gave me a sarcastic attitude and said I could just get a refund. When I don't do my job, or do it very poorly, I apologize. NO APOLOGY and she made it out like she did nothing wrong.
I am so disappointed at this point that I will NEVER order anything from this company again. I also will be spreading the word.
